Working throughout the different service lines, from marketing, sport, TV, business and sales, we used data-driven digital solutions to increase sales, drive change and give one of Ireland most recognisable brands a new lease of online life.

While working with eir, we set about creating concise and engaging video content to aid in the customer experience of the new help and support platform my eir. Our aim was to bring simplicity to complex subject matters and create an effective user experience that was both beneficial and beautiful. These video themes were based upon the data we collect regarding high-traffic issues affecting customers. The videos varied from one minute to thirty-second-long videos, optimised for the scrolling content on a social media feed.
eir as a brand is proud of being Irish and is committed to giving its customers access to homegrown sports such as GAA and Hurling as well as the top international sporting events such as Rugby, Football and Boxing. To do this eir wants to make it possible to give all their broadband customers all this great sporting action right at the tips of their fingers. The eir sport app does just that. We made a video letting customer know just how easy it is to download and cast directly from their phones.
